Sponsorship Opportunities
In 2013 the New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects (NZILA) in partnership with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) will host the IFLA World Congress in Auckland New Zealand.
This is the 50th IFLA Congress and the first time that the Congress, which attracts landscape architects and allied professions from across the globe, has been held in New the South Pacific. The conference committee expects in excess of 800 delegates over the 5 day event including 2 days of Executive meetings and 3 days of World Congress.
The overarching theme of the conference “Shared Wisdom in an Age of Change” has been developed to engage delegates in presentations, discussion and debates that address the significant challenges facing communities, Councils, Governments and the very planet Earth. International as well as Australian and New Zealand based speakers will be assembled to raise the big issues and to question the place of landscape architectural practice in contributing to our responses to these increasingly dramatic and frequent challenges.
The conference will have a strong relationship with Ngati Whatua and will involve opportunities for delegates to see and engage with Auckland, experiencing its natural landscape and the city’s responses to increasing urbanisation, population density and growth.
In planning for the IFLA50 World Congress the Conference Committee is seeking to partner with our sponsors to deliver a landmark, memorable event, showcasing Auckland, New Zealand and the strong bond we share with Australia, we invite you to join us in this opportunity.
Why participate as a sponsor?
IFLA50 will provide a superb opportunity for you to interact and target the most influential figures in the field of Australasian landscape architecture via both sponsorship of the Meeting and participation in the exhibition. The prospectus outlines the excellent variety of sponsorship and exhibition opportunities that we have on offer.
Individual sponsorship packages will provide premium exhibition space, high visibility on the Meeting website and a presence throughout official marketing material.
For pricing options and information about the superb sponsorship packages that we have on offer please download the sponsorship prospectus.
